Have you been affected financially by the current Covid-19 Crisis?

If you have been affected by Coronavirus or the effect it has had on our economy please don't struggle alone - We may be able to help!

Have you lost hours at work? Been unable to work due to school closures or worse, lost your job?

We asked our clients that have been affected by this what their main financial concerns were.

Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, we have been able to put in place support where people said it was needed the most. Support will only be offered via a referral. Please contact the team if you are not sure who can be your referring agent. 



Food Support

Many of our clients said they were struggling to provide food for their families. With children home all day, unable to attend school we know how important it is to have essential food supplies.

Our clients are offered an emergency appointment to our food pantry which is hosted onsite at our Romford Hub. Clients are able to do a complete food shop for free.


Utility Support

We all know how expensive some utility bills can be, especially gas and electricity.  We are able to top up certain smart meters remotely for our clients. There is for a set value amount depending on circumstances can be provided more than once.



Online internet connection

Its hard not being able to visit people we normally would. We also know with children home, internet access is essential for their education and to parents searching for employment. We are happy to be able to provide monthly internet connection via Wi-Fi dongles or hotspot connections. These also may be able to be renewed depending on personal circumstances.
