Have you lost hours at work? Been unable to work due to school closures or worse, lost your job?

We asked our clients that have been affected by this what their main financial concerns were.

Funded by The National Lottery Community Fund, we have been able to put in place support where people said it was needed the most.

 

 

Food Support

Many of our clients said they were struggling to provide food for their families. With children home all day, unable to attend school we know how important it is to have essential food supplies.

We are offering our clients Aldi vouchers to enable them to purchase essential foods. The amount provided depends on the number of family members. Depending on circumstances, we may be able to provide these on more than one occasion.

 

Utility Support

We all know how expensive some utility bills can be, especially gas and electricity.  We are able to top up smart meters, or purchase pre-payment vouchers for clients. These are for a set amount, and depending on circumstances can be provided more than once.

 

 

Online internet connection

Its hard not being able to visit people we normally would. We also know with children home, internet access is essential for their education and to parents searching for employment. We are happy to be able to provide monthly internet connection via wifi dongles or hotspot connections. These also may be able to be renewed depending on personal circumstances.
